Please read the very important ordering information and rules listed below before ordering any of our products.

ORDERING INFORMATION
1) You must be over 18 years of age in order to purchase sparklers and fountains from us..

2) Fountains and sparklers can either be pre-ordered or can be purchased at our factory store outlet directly. Walk in’s are welcome !  (CT Permitted Items)

3) You must be a non resident of Connecticut over the age of 21 in order to purchase Non-Ct. Permitted  items like Firecrackers, Rockets, Reloadables, Roman Candles, Multi Shot Aerials, and helicopters. All items must be shipped/transported to an out of state destination.

4) All Ct.- Non permitted items are sold by case lots only. We do not sell them individually! We request that you pre order all non permitted items on line. We DO NOT have a showroom for all other items like firecrackers, rockets and aerial devices.

5) Items ordered via the Shopping cart  require a credit card to purchase the items. Upon pickup you can either pay by credit card or cash. No personal checks are accepted ! We will only hold the items 72 hours.  There is a 20% restocking fee if the items are not picked up after that time frame.

6) For your convenience we ask that all case lot orders be pre ordered in order to save time.

7) Items can be shipped by common carrier. Freight costs start at $150.00 and up. We will call you with your freight charges if you want your merchandise shipped. We require a commercial or business address if items are shipped by common carrier.

8) We are not responsible for confiscations. Please check your local laws governing the use of Consumer Fireworks. You are responsible to verify this prior to purchase.

9) Items like sparklers and some novelties can be shipped by Fed Ex Ground.

10) We accept only MASTERCARD, VISA and DISCOVER credit cards.

Cash Sales additional 3% off

Multiple purchases throughout the year can be combined and may increase discount for that calendar year only.
